Ambler is a polymetallic deposit in North West Alaska. It was first developed by Rio Tinto in the early 1970s and it is now fully owned by Ambler Metals Inc. a 50/50 JV between Trilogy Metals Inc. and South 32. The mine is expected to produce a copper concentrate with gold as a by-product, a lead concentrate with silver and gold by-products, and a zinc concentrate. The property is composed of two deposits: Arctic and Bornite.
