Report summary
Nickel prices continued to move upwards in February in anticipation of good news from the US-China trade talks. Other indicators are also positive so we expect the rally to continue. Global nickel demand will remain solid, although there are some risks in China and Europe. And stainless expansion in Indonesia poses a challenge not only to other stainless producers but also to suppliers of primary nickel units.
