La Zarza is a copper, gold, silver, zinc and lead project located in the Iberian Pyrite Belt of Huelva Province, Spain. A prefeasibility study was completed in September 2006 and a further feasibility study completed in February 2008. Antofagasta elected not to take up a 51% option on the mine in 2012 as it deemed the deposit to be subeconomic.
