The giant Kharampurskoye field lies in West Siberia and is operated by Kharampurneftegaz, a subsidiary of Rosneft. It holds Rosneft's largest gas reserves and is critical for the company's ambitious gas strategy. The field has been developed since 1990 under an oil-led programme as part of Rosneft's subsidiary Purneftegaz.
