AIM-listed Kistos has entered into a binding share purchase agreement to acquire Tulip Oil Netherlands, the Dutch subsidiary of Tulip Oil. The assets include a 60% operated interest in the onstream Q/10-A field as well as stakes in multiple exploration licences and several undeveloped discoveries.
