Block 14 K/A-IMI is a joint development area set up by the governments of Congo and Angola in 2003 to settle a border dispute covering part of Angola's Block 14 and the deepwater part of the Haute Mer licence in Congo.In 2004, Chevron discovered the Lianzi field.
