OML 63 is the largest of four blocks that make up the JV between Oando and NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL). Fifteen fields have been discovered on OML 63 and ten have been developed. The block is located in the southern swamps, an area bisected by numerous rivers and creeks and prone to seasonal flooding.
