Penguins is one of the most northerly fields on the UK continental shelf.It comprises a cluster of small oil, gas and condensate reservoirs ('A', 'C', 'D' & 'E') within a complex, heavily faulted structure. Penguins was initially developed via a subsea tie-back to the Brent 'Charlie' platform 60 kilometres to the south.Production ceased in 2021, in line with its host platform Brent 'Charlie' which is being decommissioned.
