This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
On 17 April, Shell announced its Rosmari gas discovery on Block SK 318 offshore Sarawak, Malaysia. The carbonate reef find continues the country’s winning streak and reaffirms the East Natuna Basin as one of the world’s most prolific in recent years. Rosmari-1 was Shell’s first exploration well on the block and discovered a 450 metre gross pay. The deviated well was drilled to a total depth of 2,123 metres from a shallow water location, although the field itself sits in deep water.
