The Shenzhen (CNOOC) LNG terminal has a nominal capacity of 4 mmtpa. The project is owned by CNOOC Gas & Power (70%) and Shenzhen Energy Group (30%). The regas terminal is located within the Diefu district of Dapeng Bay, adjacent to the existing Dapeng LNG terminal. CNOOC received approval for the project from the National Development and Reform Commission in July 2012.
