Oksut gold mine
Report summary
The Öksüt mine is 100% owned by Centerra Gold Inc. through their subsidiary Öksüt Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (OMAS). The deposit is expected to be mined over eight years with average annual gold production of 120koz. Mining is from two open pits with the ore treated via heap leaching. Pre-development capital was around US$180 million. The ore is mined and stacked in a conventional heap leach with an 11kt/d leaching capacity.
