Asset Report
Wodgina iron ore mine
Report summary
Wodgina was a relatively small, open-cut iron ore mining operation, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Wodgina is 100% owned by Atlas Iron (now owned by Hancock Prospecting) and contractor run by BGC Limited and Crushing Services International (CSI). The Wodgina mine commenced operations in June 2010 and exhausted its reserves in 2017. We expect the mine to remain closed permanently.
