Report summary

The Jasmine oil field was discovered on Block B5/27 in 1999 and was initially developed via a platform and a FPSO . Exploration drilling in 2006 extended the Jasmine complex and also discovered the nearby Ban Yen field. Pearl Energy, now a fully-owned subsidiary of UAE-based Mubadala Development Company Ltd, produced first oil from the Jasmine field in June 2005, 17 months after acquiring the asset.
