Report summary
Block NC118 is located in the Ghadames Basin of northwest Libya and is operated by Eni. The block contains two fields, NC118-A and NC118-D, discovered in 1995 and 2001 respectively. A development licence was granted for the field in 2008. First production from the field was initially planned in 2012 through a leased Early Production System (EPS). This was delayed to 2013 and following the Libyan conflict in 2011 the project has been suspended due to ongoing security issues.
