Saudi Aramco is focusing its unconventional gas activity in three areas: the Northern Borders province (near the Iraqi and Jordanian borders) with the North Arabia development, south of Ghawar and the Jafurah Basin (east of Ghawar). The North Arabia development is located in a remote area with no connection to the Master Gas System.
