Report summary
The questions, and the headlines, were dominated by growth in free cash flow, dividends and buybacks. But there was much more to Shell's Management Day than the promise of near-term distributions. The company laid out the blueprint for the next phase of upstream growth, and unveiled a framework for carbon that could herald profound structural change over coming decades.
