Simon is an experienced global CFO having worked with companies listed on the New York, London and European stock exchanges and with private equity-backed businesses. He is a strategic thinker and versatile business leader with deep and broad experience in corporate transactions, including successful NYSE IPOs and private equity sales, and in building strong balance sheets through deals, growth, restructuring and transitions.
Being energetic, outgoing and team-orientated, Simon enjoys a fast-paced commercial business environment, building teams, growing businesses organically and through acquisition, and working on complex situations. He has worked in a variety of global industries including professional services with a focus on ESG and sustainability issues, shipping, LNG, oil and gas, power and chemicals. He has lived and worked in Singapore, Paris, Houston, Geneva, Monaco and London.
Simon is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Liverpool.
